We glued yarn onto ski caps with tacky glue, like making a piñata.
We looped the yarn around our four fingers five or six times, tied the loop in the middle and then cut the loop to make little pom poms/"tufts of hair". The girls made the pom poms and the moms glued them on.
My friend and I helped our daughters make costumes for their class Dr. Seuss party today.
