I remember how AB used to do that, but her creations were so pretty she sometimes wouldn't eat them. We served Shortcake to the Elders the other night. Elder M took a slice of cake and frosted it with cream then carefully added strawberry slices on the top and sides then a swirl of cream and strawberry slice on the top. When I commented he said it made it more fun to eat..
That was pretty tricky to use Amelia's artistry to make her like salad.
